Human Resources Senior Manager


Currently we are recruiting on the behalf of our Clients in search of Human Resources Senior Manager conforming to the criteria below:
  
·         Graduate of a reputable university, major in psychology/ law/ Business Administration with a GPA at least 3.00 in a scale of 4.00, MBA degree is a plus.
·         Male/ Female, age range 30-40.
·         Industry background specifically in Telco/FMCG.
·         Minimum 8 years experience in a similiar position in Public Listed Company/ large/ medium companies.
·         Experience in recruitment, job evaluation, grading system, balance score card, training plan, organization development, payroll etc.
·         Ability to develop, implement and maintain systems and procedures.
·         Ability to foster a cooperative work environment, handle work under pressure.
·         Sufficient IT orientation.
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
