General Manager (Operation) – Housing and Commercial Building

On the behalf of our Client, a leading Property and Real Estate Developer Company. 

 

·         Bachelor Degree majoring in civil and planning/ architecture/ construction management, MBA degree is a plus.

·         Male, In his  mid 30’s to 40’s.

·        Minimum 15 - 20 years related working experience in housing and commercial building developer.

·        Proven track record to execute the projects, on behalf of the company to coordinate with owner in technical and whole operation matters.

·        Strong leadership, a dynamic teamplayer, having sense of responsibility & urgency, able to work under pressure, charismatic, manage cultural cross, resourceful.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Computer Literate.
